Deconstructed, low calorie peanut butter pie
2 Wasa Crisp N Light crispbreads, broken in half (about 40 calories)--you can use graham crackers, but you'll double the calories.
1 TBS smooth peanut butter (about 90 calories)
1 TBS plain low fat cream cheese (about 30 calories)
1 packet Splenda
4 squirts fat free Reddi-Wip (about 20 calories)
Drizzle of honey (about 15 calories for 1 tsp)
1. Microwave peanut butter for 10 seconds. Add cream cheese and microwave for another 10 seconds until both ingredients are soft.
2. Add Splenda and mix 3 ingredients well, then spread on Crispbreads.
3. Top with Reddi-Wip and honey.
4. Eat right away--it gets soggy.
september 23 - dinner
i never really get hungry anymore, but i was obvs still low on calories considering what i've been eating, so i decided to eat oatmeal snackimals! i really wanted to try it despite already having a stomach ache, lol. ouchies.
i want to try all flavors, especially peanut butter!
